Who processes your data

The data controller is Sergio Lamanna. For any request about your data, you can use the contact form on this site, choosing “Other”.

What data and why

When you use the contact form I collect your name, email, Telegram username and company (if you provide them), topic and message. I use them only to read your request and reply to you, by email or on Telegram. The legal basis is your consent and the request you send me (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long

I keep messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, then I delete them.

Who sees it and where it goes

Only me. The message is stored on the server hosting the site, in the European Union, and forwarded to me as a notification via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.), the service I use to read it straight away. Telegram processes data under its own privacy policy (telegram.org/privacy) and may store it on servers outside the European Union. Your data is not shared with anyone else or used for marketing or profiling.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies and loads no resources from external services.

To know how many people visit the site I use Umami, an open source analytics tool installed on the same server as the site, in the European Union: no data goes to third parties. Umami uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no profiles: it records, in aggregate form, the pages viewed, referrer, country, device and browser type, and a few anonymous actions (for example sending the contact form, without its content). If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” request, the visit is not recorded.

For the contact form, your IP address is used only for a temporary anti-spam limit and is not stored with the message.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
